Step into a world of discovery and reflection as we explore travel, time, and shifting identities. Life’s journey is ever-changing — shaped by the places we go, the people we meet, and the roles we play along the way. We are always ourselves, yet always evolving.

Featuring Artist: Sandie Bacon  this exhibition runs October 18 – November 8, 2025, with an Opening Showcase on Friday, October 18, from 5:00–9:00 PM during Waukegan ArtWalk at Dandelion Gallery & Studios, NFP. Enjoy an artist meet-and-greet, complimentary snacks, and a festive community art activity, including a collaborative canvas where all attendees can contribute.

Sandie Bacon, a multi-talented painter and mixed-media artist, invites you to experience her works inspired by nature, stories, pop culture, and travelers she has met along the way. From cowboy boots to symbolic landscapes, her art celebrates motion, change, and personal exploration.

The Dandelion Artist Alliance adds its own vibrant perspective, presenting works on passage, growth, and transformation, highlighting the evolving journeys of local artists.
We also feature community artwork from members of the Independence Center and Man of Faith Mens Group, created through Dandelion’s Creative Wellness partnership, supporting mental health and self-expression through art.

Gallery Hours: Thursdays & Fridays, 5:00–7:00 PM. Private gallery visits available by appointment. The gallery is also open during scheduled events and educational workshops.
